Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. water
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter with both sugars.
2. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mixing well.
3. Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add water.
4. Mix in dry ingredients, scraping down the sides as needed.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Drop rounded tablespoon dough balls onto ungreased baking sheet and bake for 8 1/2 minutes.  Immediately move to cooling rack.
